Cass has been practising yoga for more than six years. Initially, yoga was a means to help her meander the path of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder following a 15 year career with the NSW police force. However, yoga soon became the foundation of Cass’ life as she discovered it inspired so much healing and joy. Cass is passionate about health and wellbeing and enjoys the many benefits yoga offers.
She is strongly connected to nature and loves nothing more than watching a sunrise or gazing out under the stars and moon.

When attending Cass’ class, she will guide you into breath and body awareness through safe and grounded movement.
Cass’ other love is guitar and she plays in regular Kirtan bands, including the Living Peace Kirtan Band with Ginny, Greg and Angelique.
