Hatha 3

This class is suitable for students with yoga experience.

Hatha 3 is a dynamic, vinyasa style class which builds strength, enhances mobility, aids concentration and channels energy/prana. We explore some of the more advanced postures such as inversions and arm balances, as well as delve into techniques such as bandhas, pranayama and meditation. Enjoy a workout for body, breath and mind.
