Body Breath Mind

"Body Breath Mind" is suitable for beginners and experienced students.

This class is an equal mixture of postures, breathing and meditation. Consider this a delicious, mindful, moving meditation. Gentle movement will prepare the body for deep breathing practices, as well as a variety of meditations to help heal and soothe the mind. One of the keys to a happy and healthy life, is a regular practice of meditation, and this class is a perfect way to introduce you to meditation or to deepen your existing meditation practice.
